Privacy policy

In short: We only process the data you enter in the application form (name, email, year of birth, country, optional network IDs and Discord identity) to review your membership application for our non-commercial hobby community. Data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner), visible only to our leadership team, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted if your application is not successful. Optional fields are consent-based and can be withdrawn at any time. No tracking, no ads, no third-party fonts or CDNs.
